Agents are responsible for interfacing with customers in person, phone, and e-mail interactions. The Agents develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and promptly. 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Network and develop leads
• Establish contact with prospects and schedule appointments
• Meet with prospective customers
• Meet with existing customers to perform policy reviews
• Conduct sales presentations
• Solicit referrals

• Arkansas insurance license in P&C
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Three years of related experience or relevant coursework  
• High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred)
